Nanjing TACOMA Chip Project is located in Nanjing, Jiangsu, with a total steel consumption of 3,065 tons. The area of the single floor in the FAB production workshop is about 10,000m2. The reinforced concrete frame structure is used below the third floor and steel roof system is used above the third floor, with steel consumption of about 3,000 tons. The single main steel frame is 96m in length, 48m in span and 12m in truss spacing. Having been assembled on site, each truss is divided into two pieces and lifted in position(single-piece composite frame weighs up to 130 tons), and the whole truss is slipped into position accumulatively.
